Workforce Analytics Dashboard

The Workforce Analytics Dashboard allows you to enter basic data about your workforce and it automatically displays them. The following dashboards are available, with a description of the needed data points to populate the tool: 
- Turnover & Tenure: provide separations, and tenure data points),
- Recruitment & Selection: provide openings, applicants, total hires, rehires, internal hires, and external hires
- Work Hours: provide the number of full-and part-time employees, days missed, number of employees who worked overtime, regular hours, and overtime hours
- Career Development: provide employees who moved to a new job, promotions, demotions, transfers, and training
Your data is not saved by the QIC-WA. You can download, print, and share your customized metrics and visuals.
