Want to make sense of your workforce data? The QIC-WA Workforce Analytics Assistant is a free, innovative tool that allows users to upload their own data and gain actionable insights. You do not need to be an analyst or data expert to use it. Use your own data or sample data can be generated by the tool to test it out. Our simple interface can help you make sense of your hiring and retention processes.

The Assistant provides a guided, user-friendly experience that supports agencies in exploring their workforce data. Whether agencies are just beginning their analytics journey or looking to deepen their use of data, the Assistant supports collaborative exploration across leadership, HR, and management teams. AI identifies trends and helps users uncover opportunities for improvement. The Assistant is designed to augment, not replace, supervisory and HR judgment.

It’s simple. Just register and log-in. You can upload data from various sources or connect to your HR platform. There is a 10-minute video to walk you through the tool as well as a chat in the bottom right-hand corner to help you navigate the Assistant. There are two components: Hiring Analysis and Retention Analysis. The Assistant and supporting resources provide practical guidance, clarify key concepts, and demonstrate how the tool can be used in real agency contexts.
